A complete property interior refresh
This full flat renovation project in Dunston was for a client who had recently purchased the two-bedroom apartment to rent out as an investment, but each room in the property required a complete refit due to the current interiors being outdated and in desperate need of a refresh.
During consultations with the client, they expressed a wish for the flat to have a “new build” feel. While the plumbing and electricals did not require much adaptation, each room required an extensive refit and painting and decorating throughout in order to improve the aesthetic of the interiors to make the property more contemporary and attractive to potential tenants.
The full flat renovation involved:

- A full family bathroom refit
- Two bedrooms and ensuite refit
- Installing a new boiler
